For Renters

Use support for account access, profile edits, saved listings, messages, matches, or tours.

For Landlords

Use support for listings, boosts, premium tools, lead workflows, and integration planning. App Store billing, subscription cancellation, and refunds are handled through Apple when paid features are available.

Safety

If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services first. For scams, harassment, discriminatory content, suspicious listings, or urgent account concerns, email support with the listing, profile, message, or transaction details you have.

Routine Support And Response Times

We aim to review routine support requests within three business days. Privacy, safety, billing, and legal-process requests may require identity or account verification before we can act.

Privacy Requests

For access, deletion, correction, appeal, or other privacy questions, email privacy@rentmatcher.com. We may verify your request using information associated with your account.

Legal Process

For subpoenas, court orders, arbitration notices, or other legal matters, email support@rentmatcher.com and include enough detail for us to identify the account, listing, message, or transaction involved.
